FUTURES PAST

Futures Past is an electronic music studio which simultaneously takes you far into the future and deep into analogs past.
 
Experimenting with synth-heavy, warm textures and analog tape recordings. Futures Past triggers emotions and nostalgia with deeply ambient sounds straight out of an 80s sci-fi fantasy.

Matthew Tomkins studied at the SAE institute and has a national diploma in sound engineering.
 
Matthew has worked on a number of films as a sound effects and dialog editor before pursuing his long term passion of music production. Producing music for TV, advertising and has more recently worked as producer in the music industry for various artists.
